Fello provides an extensive set of filters to help you find contacts easier. These filters can also be used in automations, workflows, segments, and more.

The number of beds in a property.

# of Dashboard Clicks

The number of times a contact has clicked on CTAs in their Contact Dashboard.

# of Dashboard Views

The number of times a contact has viewed their Contact Dashboard.

# of Email Clicks

The number of times a contact has clicked on links within marketing emailss.

# of Email Opens

The number of times a contact has opened emails sent to them.

# of Email Sends

The number of emails that have been sent to a contact.

# of Form Submissions

The total number of form submissions made by a contact.

# of Full Baths

The number of full bathrooms in a property.

# of Half Baths

The number of half bathrooms in a property.

# of Mortgages

The number of active mortgages on a property.

# of Parking

The number of parking spaces in a property.

# of Postcard Scans

The number of times a contact scanned QR codes in postcards.

# of Postcard Sends

The number of postcards sent to a contact.

# of Properties

The number of properties associated with a contact.

# of Total Clicks

The total number of clicks recorded from a contact, across marketing material such as emails and contact dashboards.

Address

The complete address of a property.

Address Submission Status

The current state or stage of a contact or property in the engagement process.

Assigned CRM User

The name of the user assigned to a contact in the related CRM.

Assigned User

The name of the user assigned to a contact in Fello.

City

The city where a property is located.

Clicks

The total number of clicks recorded from a contact, across marketing material such as emails and contact dashboards.

Condition

The condition of a property.

Contact Created Date

The date when the contact was created in Fello.

Contact Email

The primary email address of a contact.

Contact Name

The name associated with a contact.

Contact Phone

The phone number of a contact.

Contact Source

The source from which the contact was acquired in Fello.

County

The county that a property is located in.

CRM Created Date

The date when the contact record was created in the CRM.

CRM Name

The name of the CRM from which a contact was imported or synced into Fello.

CRM Source

The source from which the contact was acquired in the CRM.

CRM Stage

The stage of a contact in the CRM.

Current Owner Match

Fello's AI-powered contact-to-owner match indicates how closely a contact is associated to the registered current owner of a property.

Direct Mail Unsubscribed

Indicates whether a contact has unsubscribed from receiving direct mail.

DNC Verification Status

Shows whether a contact has registered on the Do Not Call (DNC) registry.

Drop-off Indicator

Shows whether a contact has dropped off from a Fello journey, such as a landing page.

Duplicate Property

Indicates whether a property is already associaed to one or more other contacts in Fello.

Email Status

The current verification stage of a contact's email address.

Email Unsubscribed

Indicates whether a contact has unsubscribed from email communications.

Enriched Property

Indicates whether a property's details have been enriched by Fello.

Enrichment Date

The date when Fello last enriched details for a contact.

Estimated Equity %

Shows the estimated equity percentage of a property (primary mortgage only).

Estimated Equity Amount

Shows the estimated equity amount of a property (primary mortgage only).

Home Value

The valuation of a property.

Home Value Adjusted Date

The last time a property's home value was adjusted in Fello.

Last Dashboard Click Date

The date when a contact last clicked on a CTA in their dashboard.

Last Dashboard View Date

The date when a contact last viewed their dashboard.

Last Drop-off Date

The date when a contact last dropped-off from a Fello journey, such as a landing page.

Last Email Click Date

The date when a contact last clicked on a CTA in an email.

Last Email Open Date

The date when a contact last opened an email.

Last Email Send Date

The date when an email was last sent to a contact.

Last Engagement Date

The date when a contact last engaged with marketing sent from Fello.

Last Engagement Type

The type of a contact's last engagement activity.

Last Form Submission Date

The date when a contact last submitted a form.

Last Form Submission Lead Type

The lead type of a contact's last form submission.

Last Form Submission Source Detail

The source of the most recent form submission made by a contact.

Last Form Submission Source Type

The source type of the most recent form submission made by a contact.

Last Postcard Scan Date

The date when a contact last scanned a QR code in a postcard.

Last Postcard Send Date

The date a when a postcard was last sent to a contact.

Last Sale Date

The date when a property was last sold.

Last Sale Price

The price at which a property was last sold.

Latest MLS/PR Date

The date when the most recent MLS or PR record was updated for a property.

Latest MLS/PR Price

The latest MLS or PR price recorded for a property, including the date.

Latest MLS/PR Status

The current status of a property as reported in MLS or PR records.

Lead Score

Fello's AI-powered lead score which helps you identify the quality of your leads.

Lead Stage

The current lead stage of a contact.

Lead Stage Update Date

The date when a contact's lead stage was last updated.

Loan to Value (LTV) %

Shows the loan-to-value (LTV) percentage of a property (primary mortgage only).

Lot Size

The lot size of a property in square feet.

Mortgage Amount

Shows the total amount of the primary mortgage on a property.

Mortgage Interest Rate

Shows the interest rate of the primary mortgage on a property.

Mortgage Interest Type

The type of interest rate for the primary mortgage on a property (e.g., Fixed, Variable).

Mortgage Origination Date

The date when the primary mortgage on a property was originated.

Mortgage Position

Shows the lien position of the primary mortgage on a property (e.g., First, Secondary).

Mortgage Term

The term length of the primary mortgage on a property, in years.

Mortgage Type

The classification of the primary mortgage on a property.

Shows whether a contact is currently enrolled in any automations.

Offer for Property

Indicates whether there is an offer for a property.

Previous Owner Match

Fello's AI-powered contact-to-owner match indicates how closely a contact is associated to the registered previous owner of a property.

Proof of Consent

Shows whether a Proof of Consent certificate has been obtained or not from a contact.

Property Claim Status

Shows the current claim status of a property.

Property information

Contains a property’s key details, including its full address and location.

Property Intelligence (Listings)

Indicates a property’s status in active listings intelligence data.

Property Intelligence (Sold)

Indicates the property’s status in sold listings intelligence data.

Property Type

The classification or type of a property.

Record Status

This attribute shows the current record status of a contact, i.e., Marketing or Non-Marketing.

The selling timeline of a contact.

The total square footage of a property.

State

The state where a property is located.

Street Address

The street address of a property.

Subdivision

The subdivision or neighborhood where a property is located.

The tags that are applied to a contact.

The year a property was built.

Zip

The ZIP code associated with a property address.
