How to filter your contacts

Learn how to apply filters to your contact list to view specific contacts.

In Fello, you can add tons of data to your contacts that can later be used for filtering a group of contacts. With the help of filters, you can easily locate individuals according to categories such as stage, tags, most recent engagement, and many more criteria.

To apply filters:

  • Go to the Contacts module from the left sidebar.
  • Click the Filters button at the top of the list.

  • Search for and select the field/data by which you want to filter contacts.

  • Each filtering option will have a drop-down menu with various conditions you can select. Click on the drop-down menu and select your preferred conditions.

  • Enter a value to filter. For example, if you've chosen Contact Email as the filter type, you can enter a part of the email with the condition as "contains" to find contacts with a particular email address.

  • Click Apply.

Now, your contacts will be filtered according to your criteria.

🗒️ Note: You can reset your filters at any time by clicking the Reset button at the top of the list.

If you want to narrow down your search even further, you can click + Add filter to add filters with AND logic, or click + Add Filter Group to add filters with OR logic.
