How to view Property Intelligence segments in Fello

Learn how to access Property Intelligence segments to track listing and sold properties in your database.

The Property Intelligence segments allow you track listings and sold properties in your database, giving you a better understanding of the value in your database and where to focus your efforts on. Learn more about Property Intelligence.

To access these segments: 

  • Go to Contacts. 

🗒️ Note: Make sure that you've added MLS details for your team first, as it is required to enable Property Intelligence. 

  • Click on one of the Property Intelligence segments.


    The following property intelligence segments are available: 
    • Property Intelligence: Contacts who have successfully listed or sold their property either subsequent to its initial inclusion on the platform or within the two years preceding the account creation date.
    • Property Intelligence (Listings): This segment represents the property listings in your contact database, highlighting selling potential and where to focus your efforts on.
    • Property Intelligence (Sold): This segment represents the sold properties in your contact database, giving you an idea of both won and missed opportunities. 

Your contacts will now be filtered according to the chosen segment. To view more insights around Property Intelligence, visit the Reports page. Learn more.
