Your account gives Felix a presence: a name, a profile photo, a voice, and a personality. This is how your contacts experience Felix across calls, emails, and texts, and the name you choose appears as the sender on every channel. You can change any of it anytime from the Felix AI page.
How Felix works alongside your team
Felix handles the repetitive outreach and qualifying so your team can focus on the conversations that are ready to move.
- Outbound calls and texts come from a pool of phone numbers, kept consistent for each contact so they always see the same number from Felix.
- Felix's direct line is reserved for warm transfers to your team and for notifications, not for outbound prospecting.
- When a contact is ready for a person, Felix hands the conversation to the right teammate, who picks up and closes in Conversations.

- Can Felix answer inbound calls?
- Felix answers inbound calls on a dedicated number and will reply once to an inbound text. Inbound calls are not transferred to your team at this time.
- Does Felix replace my team?
- No. Felix does the repetitive follow-up across your database, then hands warm conversations to your team to close.
