Description
FELLO NEW LEAD Applied when a contact submits a form for the first time. 
FELLO UPDATE LEAD  Applied when a contact submits subsequent forms, after their first form submission. 
FELLO CALLBACK LEAD Applied when a contact requests a callback from their Contact Dashboard. 
FELLO CMA LEAD Applied when a contact requests a professional valuation or a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from their Contact Dashboard. 
FELLO CASH OFFER LEAD Applied when a contact has requested a cash offer for their property.
FELLO HOME VALUE LEAD Applied when a contact has requested a valuation for their property. 
FELLO SELLER LEAD Applied when a contact has expressed interest in selling their property. 
FELLO MORTGAGE LEAD Applied when a contact has used the Mortgage Calculator widget to estimate their monthly mortgage payments. 
AFFORDABILITY LEAD Applied when a contact has used the Affordability Calculator widget to determine how much they can afford for a new home. 
FELLONATIVEINTEGRATION This tag is added to contacts when you're using certain direct CRM integrations such as Follow Up Boss. It can be used to track contacts that existed in Fello before they were synced to your CRM.
FELIX AI ENGAGING
 Applied when Felix Sales Agent moves a contact to the Engaging stage, meaning the contact has responded and is in an active conversation. Removed when the contact moves to Handoff.
FELIX AI HANDOFF Applied when Felix Sales Agent moves a contact to the Handoff stage, meaning the contact is ready for a teammate through an appointment or warm transfer. Learn more about handoffs and warm transfers.

You can find a list of all your contacts who have certain tags applied to them by using filters or segments.
