How to view individual contact activity

Learn how to view all of your contact's activity. 

To view all of your contact's activity, such as form submissions, dashboard activity, or engagements: 

  • Go to the Contacts module. 
  • Find and select a contact. 

You will find a timeline of all the contact's activity in the Activity tab. Here, you can filter by activity type, and select a date range as well. 



 

🗒️ Note: Some activities will be accompanied by clickable links to related pages within Fello, such as automations, workflows, or marketing content. These pages can be accessed only if your user role has the necessary permission for them – for example, if you see a link to an email that was sent, you can view the email only if your role has access to Configure Marketing Settings. These permissions are required even if you're the assigned user of a contact. Learn more about roles and permissions.

💡 Tip: If you want to log certain activities that occurred outside of Fello for a contact, such as visiting a contact in person or calling them, you can do so by making using of the Notes feature. To add a note for a contact, go to the contacts module, select a contact, and navigate to the Notes section. Next, click Add Note to add a note. Notes that you add for contacts will appear in the contact's activity log for all users in Fello.
