Fello IQ's AI Summary can analyze all of your contact's activity to provide you with a concise summary along with key insights and recommended steps. This can be especially helpful when you want to follow up with a contact and need a quick refresher or talking cues, without having to go through potentially thousands of data points.
Here's how to generate and view a summary:
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Select a contact.
A summary will be generated for you automatically. You can view it in the Contact Summary section at the top of the Contact Details page.
💡 Tip: You can generate a summary manually at any time to include the most recent contact information.
