How to customize and re-order columns in the Contacts module
Learn how to manage columns in the list page of the Contacts module.
You can customize the columns shown on the Contacts list page to match your workflow. For example, you could move the most important columns to the front so they’re easier to spot, remove columns you rarely use, or add new ones that aren’t included in the default layout.
🗒️ Note: Any changes you make to the column layout in Fello will only be applied for yourself, and not other users.
To customize columns:
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Click the Manage Columns icon.
- Switch between the Contacts or Properties tabs to manage columns accordingly.
- Select columns that you want to show in the list page, and unselect the ones that you want to hide.
- Re-order your selected columns by dragging and dropping them as required.
Note: You can drag columns above the line shown in the image below to make them frozen or sticky, that is, these columns will always remain in place in the list view while the others can be found by scrolling left or right. A maximum of 3 columns can be frozen.
- Click Save when you're done.
Your new column layout will now be applied within the Contacts module, including Segments and Lists.
You can go back to using Fello's default column layout at any time by clicking Reset to Default.
You can also resize individual columns by placing your cursor on the right edge of a column's name and dragging left or right to increase or decrease the width of that column. (You cannot re-size the Contact Information column.)
