Creating and managing contact lists
Learn how to create a list of contacts that you can access any time in Fello.
You can create lists of contacts for various purposes in Fello. These lists are static and do not change unless you specifically add or remove contacts from the list. For dynamic lists that update automatically as contacts match or don't match certain criteria, try creating segments instead.
To create a contact list:
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Select the contacts that you want to add to the list.
💡 Tip: To create lists quickly, try using filters or sort your contacts. You can also create one-time lists from segments, which could be useful if you want to cherry-pick certain contacts from a segment.
- Click the More dropdown above the list of contacts.
- Select Add to List.
- Choose an existing list from the dropdown to add these contacts to, create a new list instead by clicking Create New List.
- Click Save. (Contacts lists will be visible for all of your users in your Fello account who have access to view contact records.)
- Find and access contacts lists at any time under Lists in the left pane of the Contacts module.
- Click on the 3-dot icon next to a list to rename or delete it.
To remove contacts from a list, open the list, select the contacts that you want to remove, and click Remove From List.
