Cordova joins Fello to help shape strategy for high-performing teams moving beyond lead chasing to more predictable, profitable growth.

Fello today announced Gabe Cordova as its first Realtor in Residence, reinforcing the company’s focus on building for real estate teams that want more control—not just more leads.

The Shift from Lead Generation to Execution

Lead volume alone doesn’t create growth anymore. What matters is what happens after the lead comes in.

“The industry has spent years focused on lead generation, but the real opportunity now is in what happens after the lead comes in,” said Cordova. “When I saw what Fello was building—a system that actually helps teams follow up, stay consistent, and turn their database into real business—I knew I wanted to be part of it. This is where the industry is going.”

As the market shifts, more teams are realizing they don’t have a lead problem—they have a follow-up and execution problem. Operator Insight at Scale

Cordova brings over 20 years of experience across real estate operations and technology. Most recently, he served as Senior Realtor in Residence at Ylopo & MaverickRE, working with top teams on data-driven decisions, AI-driven engagement, and conversion. Before that, he held leadership roles as President of Firepoint and Realvolve, and is currently leading the database strategy at Robert Slack Real Estate—one of the largest teams in the country—where he oversees a database of more than 1.8 million leads.

Building the System Teams Will Run On

In this role, Cordova will work closely with Fello’s leadership team to shape product direction, pressure-test go-to-market strategy, and ensure the platform reflects how top teams actually operate. He’ll also work directly with customers and bring real-world operator insight into how Fello evolves.

Fello CEO Ryan Young said the hire reflects how the company is building for where the industry is heading next.
