If you exceed your contact tier, your plan will automatically upgrade to the next tier to accommodate the additional contacts. If you exceed your user limit, you will need to purchase additional seats to continue adding users.

Yes, every user added to your account is considered a billable user. Each plan includes a set number of users, and additional users may require purchasing additional seats.
How many marketing contacts are included in my plan?
Each Fello plan includes a set number of marketing contacts. You can store up to 10 million non-marketing contacts for free, but only marketing contacts receive automated campaigns and data intelligence. You can purchase additional marketing contacts at any time.
Can I upgrade my plan from the website?
