If contacts synced from your CRM such as Lofty, Sierra, or Follow Up Boss are being synced to Fello, but missing certain information such as addresses or phone numbers, it is likely due to incorrectly mapped fields.
For example, the address field in Fello may not be mapped to the right address field in your CRM (in case it supports multiple address fields).
This is usually not a concern if you're using a direct integration for certain CRMs like Bold Trail, Follow UP Boss, or Sierra, since fields are mapped by default.
If you're using a third-party connector such as Zapier or Real Synch to integrate with your CRM, then we recommend that you head over to their website and check if fields between both platforms are mapped correctly.
