Fello - Zapier Integration
Learn how to build workflows between Fello and 1000s of apps available on Zapier.
Zapier is a powerful automation platform that allows you to connect Fello with thousands of apps to streamline your day-to-day operations. By automating routine tasks and keeping systems in sync, you can focus more on client relationships and less on manual work.
This automation also helps you save time by creating and managing zaps (workflows) right within Fello, without needing to switch between apps. You can also use AI to create workflows for your automatically, or use popular pre-built workflows in just a few clicks.
Here's how to get started:
- Click App Marketplace from the bottom-left corner.
- Click on Zapier.
- Click Connect App in the top-right corner.
- Click Copy to add the API key to your clipboard. (You can use this key later when Zapier asks you for it - typically when creating a workflow with Fello for the first time.)
- Click Continue Setup.
Note: You can use the copied API key on Zapier's website to authenticate with Fello. Anyone who has this key can access your Fello account, so make sure not to share it unless required.
On the Overview page, sign up or log in to your Zapier account if you haven't already.
You can set up workflows from here in a few ways:
- Create From Scratch: Click Create Workflow to start creating a new workflow from the ground up.
- Use AI: In the "What would you like to automate?" section, simply type out a description of your workflows and click Generate.
For example, you could say "Create a workflow where my teammates on Slack are notified of new leads in Fello." You can make these descriptions as simple or as complex as you like. Once the workflow has been generated, click Use This Workflow to review and turn it on. - Choose From Popular Workflows: Click Use This Workflow next to popular workflow for various apps, or enter the name of the app you want to connect with to view app-specific workflows. You can then review the workflow and turn it on.
View all of the supported triggers and actions in Zapier.
You can also head to Zapier's website to view and manage all your workflows from there if needed.
Once you've set up your workflow, make sure to monitor it for a while to check if it works as per expectations.
