The Property Intelligence report in Fello analyzes real estate data to identify homes in your database that have listed or sold. By combining seller and buyer insights, Property Intelligence empowers your team to make informed decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and maximize your database's potential.
🗒️ Note: You can also use the Property Intelligence segments, to view a list of contacts who have sold or listed in your database.
To access this report:
- Go to the Reports page.
- Scroll down to the Property Intelligence section.
This report contains the following metrics that are based on both MLS and public records:- Your Sellers: The properties in your database where you represented the seller.
- Your Buyers: The properties in your database where you represented the buyer.
- Total Listings: All the properties listed for sale in your database.
- Total Sold: The total properties that were sold in your database.
- You can switch between Graph View, List View, and adjust the date range as required.
- Click on any bar in the graph to view a list of all the properties that contributed to it.
- You can also export this list to share it with others or for further analysis.
