How does lead generation work via QR codes in postcards

This article helps you understand how lead generation works via postcards.

Fello's postcard automations typically include a QR code that your contacts can scan to enter a journey in Fello. Here's what that journey might look like:

🗒️ Note: A unique URL will also be included along with the QR code, which your contacts can enter manually in a browser to start the same journey as the QR code. When contacts enter a journey this way, it will still count as a "scan" in postcard metrics.

  1. After a contact is enrolled in automation and progresses through actions, they receive a physical postcard at their address. The contact can then scan the QR code present on both the front and back of the postcard.

  2. Upon scanning the QR code on a postcard, contacts are prompted to confirm their address. If the address is incorrect, they can edit the address by clicking on "Not yours? Add New"

  3. Subsequently, contacts are required to provide basic information, including their name, email, and phone number.

  4. After completing these details, contacts are directed to their dashboard, enabling them to view their home's value. Users can access and review these opportunities within Fello as Home Value leads.
