Reports in Fello

Learn about the various metrics available within the Reports module in Fello.

The Reports module, accessible from the left sidebar in Fello, provides dedicated reports that help you understand your team’s performance, identify areas for optimization, and enable you to make informed, data-driven decisions for your business.

The following reports are available: 

Engagement

These metrics help you track engagement across all of your marketing assets like emails, postcards, and landing pages. 

You can change the frequency and period of the report as required. You'll find the following metrics in this report: 

  • Interactions: The total number of interactions (opens, clicks, etc.) across all of your marketing in the selected timeframe. The interactions chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you a breakdown of the different types of interactions in that period.

  • Opens: The number of times emails were opened at least once in the selected timeframe.
  • Views: The number of views across contact dashboards, forms, landing pages, and widgets in the selected timeframe.
  • Clicks: The number of times CTAs were clicked in contact dashboards and emails, in the selected timeframe.
  • Entrances: The number of times CTAs were clicked and journeys were started from landing pages and widgets in the selected timeframe.
  • Scans: The number of times QR codes in postcards were scanned in the selected timeframe.
  • Submissions: The number of times forms were submitted in the selected timeframe.

The Engagement Details table shows you a list of your marketing assets that have interactions, the list is sorted from highest to lowest interactions, to make it easy for you to identify marketing assets with high traction. 

Database Insights

This report gives you an idea of how Fello improved the quality of your database over time by adding various data points.

You can change the frequency and period of the report as required.

You'll find the following metrics in this report: 

  • Total Marketing Contacts: The total number of contacts marked as Marketing in the selected timeframe. 
  • Data Points Updated: The total number of enrichments, mortgage data, and property data that was added by Fello in your database.
  • Enrichments: The total number of enrichments that were performed, such as addresses added and DNC verifications. The Enrichments chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. You can hover over the chart to see a breakdown of the various enrichments at that time. 

  • Mortgage Data: The number of mortgage details, such as current balances and interest rates that were added in your database. The Mortgage Data chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. You can hover over the chart to see a breakdown of the various mortgage details that were added at that time.



  • Property Data: The number of property details, such as listings, sales, and home valuations that were added in your database. The Property Data chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. You can hover over the chart to see a breakdown of the various property details that were added at that time. 



Property Intelligence

The Property Intelligence report in Fello analyzes real estate data to identify homes in your database that have listed or sold. By combining seller and buyer insights, Property Intelligence empowers your team to make informed decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and maximize your database's potential.

This report enables your team to assess the overall quality of your contact database and closing performance, fostering confidence and strategic decision-making based on trends and activities.

These metrics aren't just about spotting opportunities; they're about making the most of them. With Property Intelligence, your team can:

  • Revisit missed opportunities and reignite potential deals.
  • Stay updated on the latest property updates and market trends.


You can change the frequency and period of the report as required, and also select if you want to view the report only for contacts assigned to a particular user, or only unassigned contacts too. 

  • This report contains the following metrics that are based on both MLS and public records: 
    • Your Deals: The total amount of properties in your database where you represented the seller or buyer. The Your Deals chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. You can hover over the chart to see a breakdown between the deal amount of sellers vs. buyers in a particular period.  



    • Your Sellers: The total amount of sold properties in your database where you represented the seller.  
    • Your Buyers: The total amount of sold properties where you represented the buyer. 
    • Total Listings: The total amount of property listings in your database. 
    • Total Sold: The total amount of sold properties in your database. 

The Property Intelligence chart shows you a visual representation of the metrics listed above


The Property Intelligence Details table shows the number of sellers, buyers, total listings, and total sold.

Contact Dashboard

This report shows you how your contacts are utilizing their dashboards. 

You can change the period and frequency of the report as required. 

You'll find the following metrics in this report: 

  • Dashboard Views: The number of times contacts viewed their dashboards in the selected timeframe. The Dashboard Views chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of view at that time.

  • Click-Through Rate: The percentage or number of times CTAs were clicked in contact dashboards, out of the times dashboards were viewed in the selected timeframe. The Click-Through rate chart shows you a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the click-through rate at that time.

  • Conversion Rate: The percentage or number of contacts who completed form submissions, out of those who clicked CTAs in contact dashboards in the selected timeframe.

The Submissions chart shows you the number of submission across the selected timeframe. 

The CTA Clicks chart shows you how many times CTAs were clicked in different modules of the dashboard, giving you an approximate idea of which areas of your dashboard contacts were most interested in. 

Automations

This report provides information about how all of your automations have performed in the selected timeframe.

You can change the period and frequency of the report as required. 

You'll find the following metrics in this report: 

  • Total Enrolled: The total number of contacts who have been enrolled or re-enrolled in automations in the given timeframe. The Enrollment Trends chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of enrolled contacts at that time.

  • Unique Enrolled: The total number of unique contacts who have been enrolled in automations in the selected timeframe, counting each contact only once, regardless of how many times they have been enrolled. 
  • Active Automations: The total number of active (turned on) automations in the selected timeframe. The Active Automations chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of active automations at that time.

Emails

This report shows you how your marketing emails are performing. 

You can change the period and frequency of the report as required. 

You'll find the following metrics in this report: 

  • Sent: The total number of emails that were sent to your contacts.
  • Delivered: The percentage or number of times emails were delivered successfully.
  • Open Rate: The percentage or number of successfully delivered emails that were opened at least once. The Open Rate chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the open rate at that time.



  • Click-Through Rate: The percentage or number of contacts who clicked links emails, out of those who opened them. The Click-Through Rate chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the click-through rate at that time.


  • Conversion Rate: The percentage or number of contacts who completed form submissions, out of those who clicked on links in emails.
  • Bounces: The percentage or number of times emails could not be delivered due to various factors such as incorrect email addresses or a full inbox.
  • Unsubscribed: The percentage or number of contacts who unsubscribed after receiving emails.
  • Spam Reports: The percentage or number of contacts who flagged emails as spam after receiving them.

The Submissions chart shows you the number of submissions from emails across the selected timeframe.  


The Email Details table shows you the number of Delivered, Opens, Clicked, and Submissions for each of your email assets. This can help you easily identify which emails are effective among your contact base. 

Postcards

This report shows you how your postcards are performing. 

You can change the period and frequency of the report as required. 

You'll find the following metrics in this report: 

  • Sent: The total number of postcards that were sent to your contacts in the selected timeframe. 
  • Delivered: The total number of postcards that were delivered successfully in the selected timeframe. The Delivered chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of postcards that were delivered at that time.


  • Scans: The percentage or number of times QR codes were scanned in delivered postcards. The Scans chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of scans at that time.

  • Conversion Rate: The percentage or number of times forms were submitted, out of postcard scans in the selected timeframe.

The Submissions chart shows you the number of submissions from postcards across the selected timeframe.  



The Postcard Details table shows you the number of Delivered, and Submissions for each of your postcard assets. This can help you easily identify which postcards are effective among your contact base. 

Landing Pages

This report shows you how your landing pages are performing. 

You can change the period and frequency of the report as required. 

You'll find the following metrics displayed at the top: 

  • Page Views: The number of times landing pages were viewed in the selected timeframe. The Page Views chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of page views at that time.
  • Entrances: The percentage or number of times CTAs were clicked in landing pages and journeys were started, out of page views in the selected timeframe.
  • Conversion Rate: The percentage or number of form submissions, out of entrances in landing pages in the selected timeframe.

The Page Views to Submission Rate chart shows you the percent of people who submitted forms, out of those who viewed landing pages. 

The Submissions chart shows you the number of submissions from landing pages across the selected timeframe.  

The Landing Page Details table shows you the number of Views, Entrances, and Submissions for each of your landing page assets. This can help you easily identify which pages are effective among potential clients. 

Widgets

This report shows you how your widgets pages are performing. 

You can change the period and frequency of the report as required. 

You'll find the following metrics displayed at the top: 

  • Widget Views: The number of times widgets were viewed in the selected timeframe. The Widget Views chart shows a visual representation of this metric. Hovering over the chart will show you the number of views at that time.
  • Entrances: The percentage or number of times CTAs were clicked in widgets and journeys were started, out of widget views in the selected timeframe.
  • Conversion Rate: The percentage or number of form submissions, out of entrances in widgets in the selected timeframe.

The Widget Views to Submission Rate chart shows you the percent of people who submitted forms, out of those who viewed widgets. 


The Submissions chart shows you the number of submissions from widgets across the selected timeframe.  

The Widget Details table shows you the number of Views, Entrances, and Submissions for each of your widget page assets. This can help you easily identify which widgets are effective among potential clients.
