How to customize Contact Dashboards

Choose which modules are visible to contacts and add custom CTAs, personal videos, lender partners, and more with custom HTML.

00:02: Fellow fellow.

00:05: in this video you will learn how to set up and personalize your contact dashboard start by going to the marketing tab, which is marked with a megaphone icon

00:16: when the marketing tab opens, click on contact dashboard,

00:22: Once the contact dashboard page opens, click on the edit button marked with a pencil icon.

00:29: This opens the modules page, you can edit any of the modules, you'll see here. For this example, we will use a selling option to edit

00:39: You can enable or disable individual settings within the modules, by toggling them on or off.

00:47: You'll see your selections in the module on the right hand side under selling options.

00:54: You can edit the title and the subheading by yourself, or you can use our right with AI to have us, do it for you.

01:05: Scroll down some more to select between AVM range or AVM value to be displayed.

01:13: You can also decide if you would like an AVM price adjustment.

01:19: Once you finish your edits, click save to continue.

01:24: if you would like to add more modules, click on the plus icon, located on the left hand side,

01:32: When the add modules window opens, click on vendor module.

01:37: Now, click continue.

01:41: In the new module, add all the relevant details here.

01:46: Click on, ADD vendor details to edit.

01:50: Select between two vendor types company or individual.

01:57: Now, click save to continue.

02:00: You can filter who sees this module, by clicking on the filter icon to the right of the module name.

02:08: Now, click save to continue.

02:11: Click the back arrow to navigate, back to the modules.

02:17: to enable the module, toggle the module button on,

02:23: Confirm, if you like this module, displayed by clicking on the display button.

02:28: And that's it, you've successfully added a new module to your default dashboard.

To start customizing contact dashboards: 

  • Go to Marketing > Contact Dashboard
  • Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to a dashboard.

Here, you can use the toggles to enable or disable modules, or drag and drop modules to re-arrange them. 

To customize a certain module, click on it from the list in the left pane.

Now you can edit various aspects of the module such as headers, descriptions, CTAs, and more. Each module has certain customization options that are unique to it. 

Click Save when you're done. 

You can also add custom modules by clicking the + icon on the left.
