Fello's in-app notification system alerts you of various things such as the status of processes like imports, new contact activity (in case contacts are assigned to you), and segment notifications. Here's how to use them:
- Click on the bell icon in the top-right corner.
You will see 2 tabs here:
- Direct: This is for general notifications regarding contact activity and other processes within Fello. Sometimes notifications will be accompanied by a link to take you to a certain page within Fello to view more details.
- Watch: This is for segment watch notification. Learn more about watching segments.
