Headquartered in San Antonio with satellite markets in Austin and Killeen, LRG is one of the largest real estate organizations in the country, with roughly 350 agents and deep partnerships across Zillow, Veterans United, and other major lead sources. Founder Levi Rodgers built the business on a simple premise: take full advantage of what's already sitting in the database before chasing anything new.

Rodgers is also a co-founder of Shiloh AI, which gave him an unusually informed view going into the Felix beta. As he put it, Fello's team is "closer to the transaction than anybody that I see out there."

THE PROBLEM

Thousands of untouched leads

LRG's database was its biggest asset and its biggest blind spot. Every hand-raiser got logged, but logging a lead and working it are two different things. "People do not like making phone calls," Rodgers said. "They just want to get face to face, find out what a win looks like for that consumer, and execute."

The leads that suffered most were the old ones. Contacts from 2020 and 2022 sat untouched while ISAs focused on fresh inbound. Rodgers knew there was value buried in that older data. He just didn't have a way to surface it without pulling his team off the leads that were already converting.

THE SOLUTION

Felix formed the ISA team’s front line, generating handoffs

Rodgers loaded Felix with 10,000 contacts, deliberately starting with the leads his team would never have prioritized on their own: the 2020 and 2022 contacts sitting at the bottom of the pile. Felix worked them anyway, reading each contact's full history in the database and calling with context an agent would otherwise have to dig for.

Felix didn't replace LRG's ISA team. It became the front line for them. "Felix was able to just team up to my in-office US-based ISA team," Rodgers said. With Felix handling first contact on the database's coldest segments, the human ISA team shifted toward what Rodgers calls post-appointment accountability, everything between the appointment and the contract.

The Results

New opportunities, 125 new appointments

In six to seven weeks, Felix set over 250 appointments and LRG held roughly 125 of them, a stick rate above 40% from contacts that had no prior engagement with the team. "We're having over a forty percent stick rate from appointment set to appointment met right now," Rodgers said.

The leads themselves told the real story. These weren't fresh, warm inbound. They were contacts most teams would call dead. "It is very fair to say that these are people that our agents wouldn't have hit and that our ISA teams would not have hit," Rodgers said.

LOOKING AHEAD

What's Next

Because of the quick success, Rodgers was inclined to scale Felix to 50,000 contacts almost immediately, but ultimately he’s glad he’s scaling it more slowly. Rodgers' advice to other team leads considering Felix: "Start slow. Get your systems, your processes, in place, and then just grow it incrementally."
