Understanding the Home dashboard in Fello
Learn how to use the Home dashboard to ask Felix anything, celebrate your wins, and see what Felix is doing across your database.
Home is your starting point in Fello. It puts Ask Felix right at the top, celebrates the deals your database is closing, and gives you a live snapshot of everything Felix is doing across its skills, all in one place.
To open it, go to Home from the left sidebar. It is the first thing you see when you sign in. If you have not set up Felix yet, Home shows a Setup Felix option at the top that opens the guided setup. Learn how to set up Felix.

Ask Felix
The bar at the top of Home, labeled Ask me anything, is Ask Felix, available the moment you sign in. Type a request in plain language, or type @ to mention a contact. You can also ask how to do something in Fello or ask a question about your data, and Felix surfaces an answer. Use the + to add files or photos, or the mic icon to speak instead of type. Learn more about Ask Felix.
Two buttons below the bar give you a head start:
- Create: Opens example prompts for asking Felix to make something, such as a contact summary, a script, or a segment.
- Find: Opens example prompts for surfacing groups of contacts, such as engaged contacts or long-term owners.
Suggested for you today
Below the bar, Suggested for you today highlights your recent Fello Wins, deals from your database that have closed. Click the refresh icon to cycle through your suggestions, or click Explore more to open the full list of Fello Wins.
Hover a card and click it, or click View Story, to open the full Fello Win. It shows the contact and property, the deal value, the estimated GCI, the close date, a short summary of the deal, and the journey from when the contact entered Fello to when the deal closed.

From an open Fello Win you can:
- Share Win: Opens a branded celebration card you can Download Image to share on LinkedIn, in team chats, or on internal dashboards.
- View Contact: Opens the contact's record in Fello.
Create and customize dashboards
Home opens with a dashboard called My Dashboard. You can build additional dashboards, each with its own name and set of widgets, and switch between them. For example, one dashboard focused on Felix conversation activity and another on database health.
To switch dashboards, click the dashboard name (such as My Dashboard) below your wins, then pick one under Your dashboards.
To create a dashboard:
- Click the dashboard name, then + New dashboard.

- Enter a Name.

- Toggle the widgets you want on or off.
- Click Create Dashboard.
To edit a dashboard, click the dashboard name, hover over the one you want, and click the settings icon next to it.
From here you can:
- Rename it in the Name field.
- Toggle any widget on or off.
- Use the layout toggle at the top of the Widgets list to switch between portrait and landscape. Landscape lays the widgets out edge to edge (full width), and portrait keeps them in a narrower layout.
- Click Reset to defaults to restore the original widgets and layout.
- Click Done to save.
To rearrange a dashboard, drag a widget by its handle to reorder it, or drag its corner to resize it.

To delete a dashboard, click the dashboard name, hover the one you want, and click the trash icon. The trash icon appears once you have more than one dashboard.
🗒️ Note: Deleting a dashboard is permanent and cannot be undone.
