To view a list of contact that have unsubscribed from marketing communications:
- Go to the Contacts module from the left sidebar.
- Click the Filter button above the list of contacts.
- Search for "Unsubscribed". Select either Email Unsubscribed or Direct Mail Unsubscribed (e.g. postcards).
- Set the condition as "is equal to" and the value as "Yes".
- Click Apply.
Now, you will see a list of contacts that match your applied filter.
