How to view callback requests
Learn how to view callback requests that you contacts can initiate from their dashboard.
To view contacts that have requested a callback:
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Select the CMA/Callback Leads segment from the left side.
You will now see a list of contacts that requested a CMA or callback from their dashboard.
An email notification will also be sent to a contact's assigned user with details of the callback request.
Contacts can request callbacks from their dashboard wherever there is a CTA that asks to contact an agent or your team.
Your contacts will then be asked for a few basic details, along with a reason for the callback, which will be visible to your team and the contact's assigned user.
