How to update your payment method

Learn how to update your payment method for your Fello subscription. 

To view and manage your subscription's payment method: 

  • Click on your profile from the top-right corner. 
  • Select Billing and Subscription.



    Prerequisite: You must have access to Billing settings in Fello.
     
  • Click Manage Payment under Payment Method.




  • Click Add New or select an existing payment method to make changes to it. 

  • Enter your card details and click Add or Update

  • Select whether you want this payment method to be the Primary or Backup. 



    Note: The backup payment method will be used in case the primary one cannot be charged.
