To start building a cash offer for your contact:
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Search for a contact and select their property.
- Navigate to the Offers tab.
- Click Create Offer.
- Enter details such as the buyer's name, the buyer's display name, the offer status (no status/ preliminary/final), and an expiration date for the offer.
- Enter the offer price. You can also select Show Price Range to enter the offer price as a range.
- Click Advance Builder to enter a few additional details in offer such as days to close, service fee, and more, as shown in the image below.
- Click Save.
The cash offer has been created.
