Credits are Fello’s virtual currency that are used to power activities like Data Enrichments and postcards. Learn more about credits.
You can use Fello's credit calculator to find out how many credit packs you may need for your account. Here's how:
- Click your Profile from the top-right corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Navigate to Billing settings.
- Click Manage/Buy Credits.
- Click Calculate My Credits.
You will now see the credit calculator, which determines how many credits you need based on your usage and based on similarly sized contact databases from other Fello users.
🗒️ Note: Credit packs are recurring and billed monthly, so they will be added and charged to your account every month – even if your Fello subscription is on a yearly plan.
You can adjust the credit calculator based on your own business estimates as well – for example, if you foresee a large influx of contacts that you will add in the near future, you can adjust the values as necessary.
If you plan to send postcards via automations, then enter approximately how many postcards you would like to send per year or per month, depending on your plan.
The calculator recommends how many credits packs you need based on your total credit requirement, at the best available price.
Click Apply Recommendation to automatically select the recommended credit packs.
Check the applied credit packs and click Update Subscription to proceed with your purchase.
