The Optimization Score is one of the first things you'll see when you open Fello's dashboard. 
It reflects the health of your account — from database quality to engagement and recommended actions. It's updated regularly to show where you're gaining traction or need attention.
The higher your optmization score is, the higher your chances are of closing more deals. To improve your score, try acting on the recommendations shown in your account. 
When you complete acting on a certain recommendation, your score will increase by the number of points shown next to it.
(Some recommendations may not have a score associated with them, but they are still best practices that will help improve your score and account performance in the long run.)
