How to ask your contacts for a selling timeline in the Home Value form

Learn how to ask your contacts for their selling timeline when they're filling out the Home Value form. 

You can ask your contacts for a selling timeline when they're proceeding through a home value journey with you. This information can help you formulate a plan for outreach accordingly, as the selling timeline can be used in filters within Fello, including marketing automations. 

To include the selling timeline question: 

  • Go to Marketing > Forms from the left sidebar.
  • Click Edit Form (pencil) icon near View Home Value.
  • Mark the Include selling timeline question option. (You can click Preview under this option to see what the question will look like for your contacts.)

  • Click Save.

 

Please remember to use this feature judiciously. While the selling timeline question can provide crucial data to help with conversions, its addition might lead to a decrease in the number of home value leads as it introduces another step in the form journey. Therefore, it is recommended to use this feature only when the answer to the question is important from a conversion perspective.
