This nomination comes on the heels of Fello's incredible success at the 2024 Inman Innovator Awards, where we were honored as the Most Innovative Lead Servicing Solution. That recognition highlighted our commitment to pushing the boundaries of engagement and marketing technology while providing unparalleled value to our customers.

Since our 2024 win, we've expanded into the mortgage industry, bringing that same commitment to success to mortgage brokers, loan officers, and lenders throughout the U.S.
Our 2025 nomination recognizes the 30 Day Listing Challenge, an annual program that has transformed how agents approach listing generation. The concept is simple yet powerful: agents commit to securing 30 listing appointments in 30 days (or improving their personal best), typically in preparation for spring market.
The inspiration for the 30DLC came from our CEO Ryan Young, who took on the challenge in 2024 after being out of production for about four years (he's the owner of The Young Team). Not only did he complete the Challenge successfully, but he also discovered the incredible value of the accountability and habits it developed. This personal experience led him to open up the Challenge to any agent — for free — with Fello hosting and supporting the entire program.
The 2025 challenge, held in March, attracted more than 20,000 participating agents — both Fello and non-Fello users. Fello invested $100,000 in cash and prizes, including subscriptions to the Fello platform, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the entire real estate community.
The 30DLC wasn't just about making calls — it was about building skills, community, and sustainable habits:
Daily Role Play Meetings: Every weekday morning, participants could join role play sessions with Ryan Young and other top agents, such as Michael and Austin Hellickson from Club Wealth®, Maria Quattrone, owner of Maria Quattrone & Assoc., and Murad Aldiyev from Laurie Reader Team, helping agents counter objections and build confidence on the phones.
Building Community Through Social Media: The Challenge also emphasized community building and knowledge sharing. Participants were encouraged to post daily on social media about their progress, learnings, and the value they were providing to their communities and clients.
